Rain gets up and stretches and yawns. She growls at the subordinates and raises her head high.

Zepherus is awakened by Rain's growl. He stumbles up onto his feet and shakes himself. He then goes over to Rain and sits near her. He has a lower rank than her but who's to say he doesn't get her privileges? Wolf instinct? Either way, Zepherus was not letting Rain get all the attention and he, too, starts growling.

___At the Aiello pack's territorial boundaries, Badr stood tensely, sniffing at the urine markings that designated this area of the forest as claimed and thus no-tresspassing. He was torn between a conflict of neccessity and instinct; if he and his daughter were to survive for long, they needed to ally themselves with a pack. However, if the pack was not currently welcoming new members, he could be endangering both of their lives by attempting communication. ___Badr looked back at Hafthah, who was wide eyed and cringing at his heels. She was terrified of the prospect of encountering unfamiliar canines, being quite phobic of all canines that weren't... him ever since the wolfhounds and men descended upon their humble pack in a great and terrifying fury. The mere thought of having to meet with new wolves, wolves who were potentially not welcoming, had the poor little female all in a tizzy, whining and pacing in tight circles, her ears pinned and mouth contorted into a fear-grin. Badr was pained to see his daughter in such distress, but had to take a chance. Tilting his muzzle skywards, he let out a long howl, hoping to attract the alpha of the pack so that he might humbly request membership.

Rain hears a growl She barks loudly and follows the sound. She sees them. two wolves. She stares at them. A fierce look in her eyes. She helps humans in need that is her promise so she needs more members to help. She barks signaling the two to follow her.

___Upon seeing the alphess approach, Badr lowers his posture, ears drooping and tail tucked between his legs in respectful submission. His eyes remain somewhat bold, showing that though respectful, he is dominant by nature and could be a valuable asset to his pack. He licks at the air and lets out an appreciative whine as he starts off after her at her command, thrilled that she has accepted them so readily. Still, he frowns as he looks over his shoulder at Hafthah, who is wide-eyed in terror at the prospect of joining the pack. Pausing for her to catch up, he nudges her shoulder encouragingly, then continues along. ___Hafthah heard the vix's bark before her arrival, and felt a cold jolt of fear, remembering the booming bays of the wolfhounds as they slaughtered her pack. Cringing low, she dropped until her belly brushed the earth, tail tucked, ears back, and eyes averted. As the alphess approached, she shook uncontrollably, urinating on the soil in submission and fear. But the alphess did not attact; she merely gruffly motioned for them to follow. Frozen in fear, she could not will herself to move until her father nudged her, at which point she slunk along in terror, not leaving her submissive crouch all the while.

Rain is iritated. She barks loudly telling them to catch up or she will leave them. She holds her head high and heads home. She turns around to see if they followed her.

Zepherus stays put while Rain went to see what the other two intruders were doing in the territory. When they begin walking back, Zepherus notices the female is shaking, and very frightened. He stands up, and starts moving his powerful body over to Rain. He lifted his head higher than even Rain and growled, his lips lifting up a small bit, his bright white teeth gleaming. He lifts his tail into the air and then growls a bit more. After a few moments, he turns around and briskly trots off, appearing to play in the dappled sun while heading back to the pack. Zepherus looks back menacingly at Badr and Hafthah, and then continues back towards the pack.

___By this point, Badr had caught up with the alphess, staying a respectful distance behind her but making it obvious that he was following and not about to waste her time. He occasionally looked over his shoulder to make sure that Hafthah was keeping pace, and though she remained cringing and submissive, she was only a few steps behind him at any time. The alphess seemed somewhat impatient, and he found her signals a bit confusing; she had not yet addressed them, and was urging them along as if there were some urgent need for them in her pack - yet she had no patience and had made no move to greet them. It was all very curious. ___To compound the male's befuddlement, a wolf who smelled and looked like a subordinate to the alpha female, thus not the alpha male, approached with a contrived pose of extreme dominance. He even dared to bring his tail and head higher than the female's, a grave mistake in most packs, threatening Badr and his daughter with a flash of fangs and stern glares. Badr tactfully averted his gaze, showing his teeth in a submissive grin and lowering his head, but he took a mental note that this male could be problematic and perhaps a source of competition in the pack. Truth be told, he hoped to eventually attain the role of alpha male, which seemed lacking, but this lupe could give him a run for his money. ___Hafthah somehow willed herself to follow her father despite her immense terror, which was only made worse when the dominant male approached aggressively. She rolled partially on to her side when he flashed his teeth, showing him some of her belly in respect and submission, but regained her footing quickly and swiftened her pace to keep up with Rain and Badr. Rain paused at last, looking to see if they had followed, and when Badr stopped close to Rain, she assimilated him, lowering herself into a crouch with her tail tucked and licking her lips nervously.

Looking back into the eyes of the intruders Rain had no emotion. She wasn't happy, sad or mad. no emotion what so ever. Rain looks at the female she seems wimpy. Rain goes to the female and looks her straight in the eyes. She then turns around and keeps going. She needs to get home. Her pack must be getting worried. Finally Rain steps into a wide medow filled with blossoming flowers. Trees sorronded the area and a river ran by. Rain howls and the pack howls in responce she walks twards the pack. If Rain where to have run home she could have made the tresspassers get lost. She looks behind to see where they are. They are close behind. She makes shure no one runs ahead. If one did the the pack would attack the tresspassers.

___When Rain approached Hafthah, Badr had to restrain himself. He was very protective of his daughter, and was uncertain of how the alphess would interact with her; if she attacked rather than merely showed his dominance, he would have been inclined to fight to protect her, in which case the pack would probably kill them both. He couldn't help but breathe a silent sigh of relief when Rain merely asserted herself, though it seemed moot at this point with Hafthah allready so blatantly submissive. Indeed, Hafthah's response was appropriate for an omega, rolling full onto her belly and curling her tail under her at the approach of the alphess. It must have sated the female, because she turned and headed off hastily deeper into the territory. ___Badr thus quickened his paste and loped off after Rain. Hafthah, not about to be left behind, scurried along behind him, keeping to his hip and looking about nervously as they entered a beautiful meadow and were inundated with the scents of other wolves. Badr was interested by the rest of the pack, sniffing the air intensely with his ears perked alertly, though he maintained a respectful and submissive posture so as not to anger any of these superiors. He was mindful to stay close to Rain, but well behind her, to avoid angering the fae or her pack. Regardless of if he was used to being an alpha or not, now was not the time to fly that kite. He remained utterly respectful and calmly submissive, knowing that any wrong move could cost him his life.

Zepherus walks to them, his head held high and in a noble position. He goes up to Rain and licks her chin, and then walks behind her, looking at the pack coming forward sleepily. Zepherus turned his attention back to the two newcomers. He lowers his head and walks among them, a snarl coming from his throat. He turns around and trots back to Rain. Then he goes back to walking and snarling between Badr and Hafthah, and then back to Rain. Zepherus finally ends up staying near Rain, and he sits his bottom down on the ground with a thump. He looks at her and waits for an action.

Rain looks back. With a quite nod she tells the pack not to attack. No matter who the alpha male may become she will alwats be a leader. The expression on her face was still emotionless. She could care less who the alpha male will be as long as he is strong and playful at times. Rain goes to the small creek and takes a few drinks of the ice cold water. She looks up. A wolf is stareing at her.

___Badr calms once the pack has been given the signal to accept his and Hafthah's presence. His posture relaxes somewhat, still submissive as he had not proven his potential nor attained official rank yet, but at leask now he had the opprotunity to do so. He kept his tail neutral and ears fowards, evading a fight for the time being - though he knew it was almost inevitable if he wanted to become the dominant male. He supposed he could try to strike the fancy of the alphess, but that was a bit backwards; normally, it was a matter of the most dominant female vying for the affections of the alpha male. Still, it couldn't hurt to make friendly with her. ___The lupe could see that the female had headed to the creek for a drink. After their long travels, he was quite thirsty himself, and padded off in the direction of the waters somewhat upstream from the alphess. As he reached the banks, his paws sunk in to the soft earth, leaving imprints on the shore - the first mark of his presence in this pack. The cool water rushed around his paws, refreshing, and he dipped his head to the water's surface to take a few long laps. The water had a rich, mineral flavor - probably sourced from a glacier high in the mountains above. Continuing across, he headed downstream in an attempt to meet up with Rain. ___Rain was taking time to refresh herself as well, drinking from the creek's water. She looked up when Badr approached, catching his gaze. He did not want to stare, for this would be seen as an affront to her dominance. However, he also wanted to show that he was a confident animal who could be an asset to her pack - and one who came amicably in peace as well. So he held her gaze only long enough to be polite, a smile creasing his black lips, ears lowered in submission, but tail wagging lightly against his hocks. He licked at the air a few times, lifting a paw into the space between them in a somewhat playful manner before replacing it on the muddy banks.
___Hafthah, meanwhile, was at least settling down somewhat. She knew perfectly well that she could never be more than an omega to this pack, but even an omega had to appear merely submissive - not weak. Thus she kept her tail tucked, head lowered, and ears flattened, but rose from her crouch and gave a small twitch of her tail to indicate friendliness. Looking around with a somewhat nervous lick of her lips, her gaze finally settled on Zepherus, who was hanging close to Rain. This, incidentally, was also where her father was, so she decided to go make nice with Zepherus, who seemed decidedly displeased with her presence thus far. ___Padding over quietly, her eyes averted and posture submissive, the she-wolf approached Zepherus within clear range of his vision, not wanting to surprise him. When she was within a few feet of him, she dipped her head, tail thumping between her legs, and rolled to show her belly at his feet. If he chose to acknowledge her as a pack mate rather than a mere intruder, she would rise to greet him properly.

Trillian peered her face through the woods. She wasn't all in high ranks in the pack, and slept alone the night. Wasn't very nice, though. Trillian barked at the Aiello to get their attention, and after not to long, she walked towards them, with her tail down and her head facing the ground. Her fur was very wet, obliviously not too comfortable. Trillian lay down on her back in submission. She certainly was not in a good mood.

Rain looks at the males submission then she simply walks off head high. She has no intrest for the time being. Rain walks into the pack showing her dominace. As she looks at her envirment she sees a outsider. She barks. She looks at her over and growls. Rain is more of a wolf of pride not hate. She humbily accepts Trillan.
